Basic examples#
This is a selection of basic code examples for the most common types of simulations of electron microscopy experiments.
If you have previous experience with multislice simulations, you should be able to jump right in and modify the most relevant one for your simulation task. If you are completely new to multislice simulations, we highly recommend that you go through our walkthrough, which also explains its basics.
